    Hi, Has anyone had any luck with using an IR remote with the U330? Is there one available which will fit into the Expresscard 34 slot on U330? I want to use U330 as my media center with my HDTV but I cannot find/I do not know which IR remote to use. :confused:

    I called Lenovo a few weeks back and they informed me the IR remote has not yet been released. However, HP sells an ExpressCard33 IR remote that might work. You can find one on fleabay.

    A long overdue update to this thread. I successfully tested Logitech Harmony one remote control with my Lenovo Ideapad u330 noteboot. Media Center IR control works perfectly with the remote I have. Windows media player work fine too. But all the other media players do not respond to IR commands.
    Hope this helps some of you out there.
