Ideapad S9 available in the U.S. now

I saw several sources mentioning the S9 has become available in the U.S. (previously not apparently). It's 8.9" and said to be cheaper, but not sure about the OS. Anyone in HK or other parts of the world may have seen it. Comparisons with the S10 other than size will be interesting.
