    I've seen clean install guides for Vista, but what's the diff w/ 7?

    I got my gf a pretty decent ideapad with i7 but I'd like to know how to get it cleaned up.

    My biggest prob is that I'm going to be away on business for three weeks and I'd like to get it cleaned up before she starts installing software she needs for her phd program.

    Is it possible to do a clean install via logmein? I know it's not possible to do a true clean install, but I mean is it possible to clean it up, or should I tell her she has to wait til I get back?
