    Hello,

Trying to open the bottom cover of a friends laptop and it does not seem quite as easy as the HMM on Lenovo website suggests.

Manual states - take off screws and pull up the cover, But that does not seem to be working. I'm thinking that there must be tabs all around the case that one might need to push in to open or maybe first slide one way and then pull up.

No videos on LenovoServiceTraining, youtube does not seem to be having for 300S, have a bunch for 300 but the case is different type, google search did not help. and since it's a friend's machine, I've gotta be careful.

    Any ideas/thoughts/suggestion?

    Thanks,
