    IdeaPad y510P, which ssd should I use?

    Hi :)

    I just received my laptop (59406648), and I tried to find the type of SSD that I can buy/use for it. This is the picture of SSD part:

    So, I would be really thankful if you suggest me a good choice to buy!

    you need a 42 mm N.2. (NGFF) SSD. They only guys making one currently is MyDigitalSSD and you can find them on Amazon or through their website.

    Thank you for your replies. The only thing that I am worry about, is the fact that the slot in the SSD part of the board is made of 2 parts! but the pins on the MyDigitalSSD is made of 3 parts! and this makes me confused about the compatibility of this type of SSDs. Does it really fit in that type of slot?

    Yes it does, I have one in mine and it works perfectly.
