    Hello,
this is my first post on this forum.

28/05 I bought my first laptop. It used to be my present for 18th birthday. I choosed Lenovo because my friend recommend it. So, late evening i went to shop to pick it up. Unfortunately i had no time to check it out.. I just installed the OS.

31/05 Saturday morning, best time for setting up new system. I woke and boot the system.... and i saw this:

Of course this little crack didn't stop from enjoying my dtr. After installing few drivers and games I had to reboot computer. After that i lost any possibilities of controlling it. Mouse, keyboard and even trackpad just weren't working. After i plugged in a pendrive the window was popping up. I tried Windows 7/8/8.1 and still the same. After that i decided to send it to lenovo support....

3/06 I spent 3-4 hours in the shop describing several technical issues of laptop including: strange behavior of HDD (dropped 80% of transfer in the middle of benchmark), strange RAM readings in Cpu-z, Everest and HW-Info and dvd-drive won't read files bigger than 4GB (Fat32 or ?)... Shop assistant pointed me that, there was a big space between screen and border, i could even see lights behind the liquid crystal matrix.

12/06 Laptop shipped back from the polish "support center" and as you could suppose nothing really happened... I was really mad and i decided to ship it to Lenovo support i Germany. Unfortunately i didn't receive any feedback from them yet.

Does anybody know how long it may take?

Sry, for my English. If somebody would see a mistake in text please tell me.

    Edit: Grammar, spelling etc...
