    I have a Thinkpad T60P, a Thinkpad W500 and an Ideapad U150. I obviously like Lenovo products!

But, my "Lenovo" experience with the U150 has been quite different than that with the 2 Thinkpad laptops. Thinkpad support out of Atlanta is incredibly good, but the support for the Ideapad comes out of the Philipines and has been completely useless.

Even the Lenovo web site is useless when it comes to the U150. I've been trying to buy an AC power supply for the U150, but there is NONE listed for the U150 - as a matter of fact, other than a backback and a few other unimportant accessories, there are NO accessories listed for this computer.

I'm real sorry I didn't get the Thinkpad X100e instead!

All thinkpad is supported through IBM service, not sure whether this is case for Ideapad.

The difference between the prosumer and consumer laptops are more than skin deep, you know why you paid more for the Thinkpads when you start to use the after sale support.
