And i'm currently anticipating excitedly on the launching of the big screen
Ryzen based model. This shall be a break to my long break from AMD platform for more than 8yrs!

Not to forget sharing with the folks from INTEL CAMP...

The INTEL based lappies had already been added to the LENOVO's Asian sites in gradual manner.
Singapore now hv all the 3 config'ns of the INTEL based IdeaPad 3 lappies and 2 config'ns for IdeaPad 5,
    AMD not yet.
Judging from the info from the specs,
it seems that this IdeaPad 3, 5, besides the regular difference of new generation CPUs,
slimmer build than the previous L340 series by up to 5mm in thickness and narrower screen bezel,
key attraction is with configurable battery size!

I am currently waiting for the IdeaPad S540 refresh. Was hoping for LPDDR4X but now seems unlikely.

This is such an awesome notebook. But the best configuration options (70Whr battery and 4800U CPU options) vanished! What the hell???

I just bought the ideapad 5-15ARE05 with Ryzen 5 4500U and 70Wh battery in the UK. A good combination, they claim up to 17 hrs battery life but I doubt in a normal way of using a laptop.

The display is not great which I had read in a review. I have a 144Hz 100% RGB display gaming laptop which is probably why I am not impressed.
