Ibm t20 went into hibernation while plugged into ac charger.
Apparently this causes a hibernation problem unknown to me until it happened. (other uibm users have similar problem)

After removing batteries and coming back in a half hour.
tried several times to power up.

Hard drive light flashes then power green light comes on. Fan comes on.
    Nothing else happens.

Finally it came one one and hung up on ibm logo.
Restarted and back to same problem.

I tried removing batteries (internal battery as well) for 4 days.
Holding down power button for a minute.
Tapping power button for 60 sec.

    Never worked since.

    HELP!!!!!!..urgent

I have the same computer and problem. What I did was
that i opened up the under cover of the computer. The cover that i opened was the one closest to the hard drive. Once it was open I saw the memory. I turned on the computer and at the same time pressed on the two memory things. And it worked.

If anyother problem let me know.
