    I have a wireless network card built into my ibm t42 laptop. Type : 2379-R8U.
    I don't know if i have to download the wireless network adapter for it or if my windows xp professional os is suppose to read it. Ive been trying to figure out how to get the wireless network adapter on my laptop for 4 days !!! Someone please help!!

    Does it show up in Device Manager? Try running PC Doctor. The driver should be located in the IBMTools folder on the C:\ drive.
