    I had a new battery shipped to me because the plastic clip on my old battery broke off. I got a box with some labels in it to return the old battery. There are two stickers-one with an RMA number, and one that contains the shipping information. Should the RMA thing go on the small box inside the main box with the UPS label on the mainbox? Or should they both go outside.

    p.s. highly recommend Lenovo/IBM tech support...They sent me a new battery, no questions asked!
