I am thinking about getting this laptop. What would be upgradeable? CPU HD? Video? Would this computer beable to play games like GTA Vice City?

The Hard Drive, Optical Drive (CD/DVD drive), RAM/Memory are all upgradeable components. The video and processor could not be upgraded. The T23 is an older but solid ThinkPad that can be had for a good price now, not a bad choice.
