    IBM Thinkpad 755CD boot problem

    For those of you who always have blinking speaker LED when you first boot up:

    Keep trying to boot it up to the operating system. Once you luckily booted it up, turn it off. Note that you shouldn't unplug the power plug for about 1 minute, until the laptop fully settle down. Try unplug & re-plug it again to see if this works or not. This problem usually occurs to vintage Thinkpads without battery if I could recall.
