    yup, but you'll have to pay at least $1,999 to get a config with that lid.

    So is the "normal" finish the same Magnesium stuff as the T series? Or is more like the plastic R...

    I wonder how scratchproof is Titanium.

    If it really is pure titanium and not some bastard alloy...it would be near scratch proof.

    But it is probably an alloy...machining/casting pure titanium is a pain in the butt and titanium is expensive. So it depends on what the titanium is alloyed with, etc.

    At any rate...the cover will be light and probably at least as scratch resistant as the magnesium alloy case part(s).

    Hmm...that's weird, because in the spec sheet, doesn't it mention that the titanium version is actually heavier?

    Well, the titanium cover should go on top of the magnesium cover, so of course it'll be heavier.
