Does anyone have any insight on the T43 rollout? Its supposed to be next Tuesday in Singapore according to Cnet Asia. Is it still scheduled to debut on the 25th of this month?

My friend ordered a T43. It's being packed now. I think he could get it next week. Many regular T43 models should be ready now. Still don't know about T43p.

Where did he order from? And what's the difference between a T43p and a T43?

They are only being sold with Integrated Graphics... do you think it will be long for pcie vid cards to be in these? FireGL?

The one he ordered has an intergrated card. I don't know where he ordered but should be direclty from IBM. According to IBM, the other models with independent graphic cards should be released around this week. It may take a few more days for us to be able to order.

The T43p has better configuration. You can check the post by Flyboy here:

I'd say within a month or 2 (or maybe sooner) the 128 mb x600 should find its way into the T43.

I think I read that the rest of the (the one's that don't have the integrated video) T43s will be coming out Feb. 28th or something, and the T43p's will be out in May or something like that.

they have models w/o discernable vid cards and ambiguous specs on the site, if you following it through an educational partnership portal (or whatever you call it). there are lots of t43 models but the pages are pretty broke and even the open bay models are exhorbitantly priced.
