    IBM T43 Display Driver problem

    I have IBM T43, After installation of xp pro sp2 when i install display driver after restart of system screen come blank, i enter in safe mode and install monitor driver but problem remain same.

    I download new version of display driver from ibm web site and as well as monitor driver, and install again display driver and monitor driver this time it display in 8 bit resolution.

    Showing in device manager display driver

    mobile Intel(R) 915GM/GMS, 910 GML Express Chipset Family

    monitor driver

    Default Monitor
    Digital Flat Panel (640 x 480)
    Generic Television

    I need your help.

    try restoring to default settings in safe mode.

    I tried so many times but after restart it didn't save setting.

    When I installed display driver, after restart it load monitor driver itself
    like

    Default Monitor
    Digital Flat Panel (640 x 480)
    Generic Television

    I installed again it actual monitor driver but it failed to load it.

    It load above mentioned driver and sometime it load actual driver but after restart of computer it again load bydefault driver
