    IBM T42P crash - Fan Error

    Recently my T42p shows the error message Fan Error on booting and then dies out on me.I cant even get the rescue and recovery program to start.So I'd appreciate if someone could tell me that if this is a problem that I can fix or do i need to call tech support?
