    Greetings.

I'm pretty much sold on getting this laptop, but I have one concern.

I read somewhere that this unit has only two USB ports. Should that be a concern or is therre some way to get around that?

    Thanks!

I read the review on the main page and had to chuckle. I have always had a hard time with the IBM solution for touch pad and "eraser" mouse control. Then I found the LG LM50a which has the IBM keyboard but with a more likeable standard touchpad and R/L mouse buttons. AND, it has the same ATI card (9600) w/ 64mb video RAM. Best of both worlds! I would'nt be concerned about it, like you said my T42 only has 2-USB ports but I have never used more than one at once. If for some reason you need more than two at a time, you can buy a very small (mobile)4-port hub that you could plug into one port and then you have 5 USB ports. These cost less than $20 and are the size of a PC mouse at most.
