    IBM T23 3-part Mouse pad?

    This mouse pad area has 3 part, the left and right click tabs and a larger one behind those two, can anyone tell me what that is for please?

    Huh? Do you mean the buttons?

    If so, the middle button (i.e. the blue-lined) one is for scrolling, etc.

    Yes, the blue lined one at the back of the two red lined one, when I press the blue lined one nothing happens?

    Probably because you don't have it configured to do anything. If you're using Linux, it should work out-of-the-box as a "middle button" for paste, etc., or you can configure it to do uni- or bi-axis scrolling pretty easily. I have no idea what the behavior under Windows is. IIRC you need to install a driver of some sort.
