    I am wondering what makes the express version is cheaper than the normal version

    The express is pre-configured. The other versions are customizable.

    oh thanks. Does that mean they still have the same quality?
    also i read somewhere that 15 inch is worse than 14.1. is that true?

    I don't see why the quality should suffer. As for the 15", the one I'm using doesn't seem to have any obvious flaws (no screen flex or extensive light leakage), but I'll reserve judgment for someone who has seen both.
