Some models come with integrated intell 900 card, some models have 64MB X300 dedicated card, and most expensive ones come with 128MB X600 card. If you search for tabook.pdf on lenovo.com site, you can see the entire line of models with all the details.
Oh, and if you meant whether, say, X300 can be upgraded, as far as I know its not possible.

Nope - can't upgrade video cards in most laptops.

Depending on how much of an issue price is, keep in mind that the Z61M comes out around May 8, if I remember correctly, which means 2 things:
    1) If you're willing to blow an insane wad of cash, you can get a dual-core machine, and ...
    2) If you're able to wait but don't need a dual-core machine (most people don't yet, though I don't blame anyone for getting them), you will be able to get a Z60M - an excellent machine - for a little less with the debut of the Z61.

I heard talk on here that the new dual-core notebooks should be basically the same as comparable single-core ones.

depends on application. the superPI numbers rock for the Core Duos, and they seem to be lots faster at Photoshop too. On the other hand, a P-M can easily handle Word and Winamp, or other simple programs.
