    Hey,

I ordered a T410 on the 21st and was hoping to have it shipped to me by the 5th of May. Unfortunately my status still says: In Process and I don't have an estimated ship date. It just reads:

If no ship date is given above, there may be an issue with your order. If you would like more information on the status, please call 866-426-0013.

So I called that number and spoke to a Lenovo rep. and he said there was a problem with the CC and I figure it was because I ordered it to a different shipping address than my billing address. But the credit card company had already called me earlier to confirm this order and approved it. I called them and they said that they approved it.

Now my order status is still: In Process, and I get the same message. I want to cancel my order since it's obviously never going to get here by the 5th of May but I read that you can't cancel customized orders. Have they already customized my machine if it still says: In Process and they still haven't charged my credit card?

    Thanks for the help.

you should post this in the official Lenovo.com forum, this forum is not managed by Lenovo and no one can really help you on this issue.

um make sure that where it says "in process" is not where you should be looking for the estimated ship date

the estimated ship date is up near the top of your order status page

call this #(866)428-4465 and press 1. You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Just tell them it's taking too long and you want to cancel it and the rep will cancel it for you. Also make sure to follow-up on the 2 business days if your order is still active.
