This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    ...but I couldn't find it.

    If you have the serial number of a t400 (which I have as my machine just shipped) can you look up the individual part/serial numbers of the components? How do you do that?! Thank you!

    TYPE should be PART NO in the Order Status.
    SERIAL NUMBER is SERIAL NUMBER in the same page (I think this appears only after the product is shipped.)
