Well, did you cancel the first order before it was shipped status or after it was shipped status? Processing the order takes about 2-4 business days. Cancelling the order and ordering again will obviously delay everything.

The estimate shipping date is not always accurate. I ordered mine on Dec. 18 and estimated ship date was Dec. 31. It shipped on Dec. 20 if I remember correctly.

Like someone said, technical support is not customer service. From my experience, the people working as technical support know what they're doing. Though, one thing I noticed is that they use a bit of slang when they talk to me and say "check the product key under the laptop, man" instead of calling me sir or mister.

Hey Johnny homey dawg :D Yep I cancelled the order when it was "in process," and then they shipped it out to me even though it wasn't scheduled to ship for a few weeks. It's been 2.5 months already, I don't know if I trust Lenovo after all this.

I too would like to give Lenovo a piece of my mind.

12/13/06 Ordered x60 tablet with EVERY bell and whistle except 2g ram

12/29/06 was sent a box of parts including a "n" wireless card, and a 3 year warranty amongst other things but no tablet pc

Have ever since been fighting with corporate customer service trying to get my machine.

I did not change anything from my order date thru today.

2/13/07 All they have shipped me so far are an extra battery and an x base (that I paid for) but NO TABLET!!!

Moral of the story, Lenovo makes the BEST notebooks with the WORST customer service! Ibm please come back to us.
