So far it has been a disaster. I am not here to trash the name I just want to know if someone else is experiencing similar problems? I try and game and it usually ends up freezing in it within 20 minutes. Sometimes it makes horrible noise and I have to do a hard reset every time. Other times I quit the game and my screen goes blank and no way other than a hard reset to fix that problem. Even mine craft seems to freeze here and there. I have phoned them and they are more than willing to give me a refund. I am not sure if maybe I just got a defective unit or is this a common problem. Should I get refund or a replacement unit? Is there an alternate to this computer? I am really disappointed because I saved up for 6 months and now I cannot even use it most of the time for the things I love.

also I am not sure if this is related but I have a corsair Vengeance m65 mouse which is sweet most of the time but every 20seconds it seems to stop responding and then quickly responds again. seems to miss a glide or two. I originally thought this was the mouse problem but could it be the usb ?

I had to send my first one back because the speakers on the laptop would be cutting out and I think there was a short but I replaced the laptop and now I have not had any problems with the new one.
