    I had a dream last night that I got a T61 widescreen, except it was an ultraportable one and it came in a BROWN colour, but the lid's exterior was in a tigers eye (the semi precious gem) coating/finish.

    *shakes head*

    Just thought I'd share that :p

    LOL ew! No my dream-pad (haha) was much cooler than that! But if I could chose my own coating for a Thinkpad, it'd be brushed aluminium, piano black.

    Would there be any problems with putting stickers on a laptop cover? The finish is not dead smooth, I imagine it might not be really smooth but would help to distinguish it from other laptops.

    That's crazy!!!! I had a similar dream only in my dream they sent the wrong laptop. But for some reason I was still very satisfied with my purchase.
