So what should I do? I ordered a laptop then 12 hours later I changed my mind and canceled the order, well today I get a ship notice. What should I do? Has this happened to you? I think the best thing to do is not sign for the package and have it returned.

Best thing is call Lenovo and do what they suggest you do.

If it was their mistake, i.e. you have a cancellation confirmation, then they ought to not charge you anything. But do what THEY tell you to do.
