First off, I would like to thank everyone on this forum for all of your help.
You guy's have been very helpful and have helped me a lot in making this choice!

    I got my laptop ordered!

    ThinkPad T60p 2613HPU -- $1,629.32 (~$1840CDN) (tax included)

    Intel Core 2 Duo T7400 (2.16GHz, 4MB L2 , 667MHz FSB)
    Genuine Windows XP Home Edition
    14.1 inch SXGA+ TFT (1400x1050)
    2GB PC2-5300 CL5 NP DDR2 SDRAM SODIMM
    256MB ATI Mobility FireGL V5250
    60GB 5400rpm SATA Hard Drive
8x Max Dual Layer DVD Recordable Ultrabay Slim Drive
    56K V.92 Designed Modem
    Integrated Gigabit Ethernet
    Bluetooth
    ThinkPad 11a/b/g
    ThinkPad 9 Cell Li-Ion Battery
    3 Year Depot Warranty

And heres some useless information about why I made my choices:

-The T60p was just a little more than the T60 T7200 so I chose this.
-Windows XP home because I am going to upgrade to Windows XP Pro for free through my school or work.
-14" because 15" is too big (I'd actually prefer smaller)
-SXGA because 1024x768 is not enough
-2 GB of RAM because it was very cheap
-Video Card is standard with the T60p, I won't do any gaming
-The hardrive is small, but very sufficient for my needs. Even on my desktop which hasn't been formatted for 2.5 years im only using about 19 gigs
-I just got the DVD burner because my desktop does not have one (I probably won't even burn to a dvd but I just got it incase I will need to)
-Extended battery because... I don't know lol
-Depot warranty because I do not need onsite service, and I did not spring for the protection warranty simply because Im very careful with things.
