Still waiting for ANY word from Lenovo on my eagerly-awaited T61. In the mean time, I'm shopping for RAM to supplement the 1 GB I bought with that thing. Any thoughts on this Patriot RAM? The price is right ($89.99), but will it work with superbity with the 1 GB included in the box?

Looks good, I believe that's the Patriot RAM that was listed as OOS in the hot RAM deals thread. It should have Micron chips, so that's excellent RAM and a good price too!

That's the one I've gotten a week ago.
It does come with Micron chips.
    A great deal!

I purchased Mushkin memory which is top notch memory along with top notch support. I purchased a 1 gig stick for my T60 for $42.10 :)

I just ordered 2x 1gb sticks of GSkill memory from newegg for $35 a piece :)

Amazing how memory is dropping in price. Now it just needs to get here cause my T61 is darn slow with 512mb of memory and Vista :p
