    I have not found any reviews or decent youtube videos showcasing it.
    How is the E440 compare to the T440s?
    The E440 has much better processor choices and better integrated graphics but lacks a 1080p screen.
    Would the 1600x900 screen upgrade on the E440 be one of lenovos terrible ones?

    The main difference between them is weight.

    If you don't care about weight, then better get T440p or T540p. They have FHD IPS.
