    How can I tell if i have the samsung or LG screen on my t61?

    Control Panel > Device Manager > Monitors > Properties > Details > Hardware IDs

    If you have the laptop serial number (it's on the sticker on the bottom) you can visit the Parts Lookup page and find out what screen was installed.

    Then just search this forum with the number to see to which brand it belongs to.

    Mine is 42T0328 42T0329 which corresponds to Samsung :mad:
