    Also, I have found numerous types of Y510p, with different manufacturer number. How can I tell the differences between them?

    Is there a table or matrix on Lenovo's website?

    Only one generation of y510p. The previous model was the y500p.

    Probably referring to the ones with 750M and ones with 755M.

    OK, I looked at Lenovo's website and noticed the following:

    They are probably referring to the CPU. It's very confusing.

    I guess the different (sub)model numbers refer to the various options when you order directly from Lenovo ("customize it yourself")
