    After requesting RMA, do I need to pay for the shipment?
    or just write down where it shipes to, UPS will charge Lenovo automatically?

    No.

    Shortly after they email you the RMA, they will email you a link to UPS ground shipping label. Print that out, take it in to ups and they'll take it from there.

    I called Lenovo on last Friday, they sent me a RMA number, no UPS label....It seems I have to call them again.

    make sure you have the right email addy on file with them. it would've been much easier to reject the package.

    Yeah may be easier initially, but I'd not recommend rejecting the package. It will take longer for them to sort, identify and credit. There warehouse is enough of a fustercluck as is.

    The reason I reject this order is they refused to give me a price adjustment. And they recommeded me cancel this order and rebook one. However, in the following day after they recommended me cancel it, the order was shipped.
