    I took my eyes of my daughter for second .She pulled of the letter V off the keyboard.Now I can`t put back in place.I think she broke off a tab that holds it in place.Is there a quick fix or am I stuck with this ?

    Thats not a solution bro....
    I'm afraid that you have to replace the whole keyboard if it's broken off. They aren't to expensive though, only on or two years of your daughters pocket money will do ;) Of course you could try to glue it back on first if thats possible.

    You should call Lenovo but it should not be more than $50

    I actually ordered a new key and retaining clip.I did a search with google and found them on ebay .It cost em about $10 with shipping.

    If you're still under warranty then just ask EZServ for a new one.
