After owning the machine for nearly a year now, I want to get rid of the stickers. The Microsoft one is mose persistant and the Intel one is not bad either... so how to smoothly get rid of them?

Also, does it leave any scars back after removing the stickers?

I only had my z series for a couple of months before taking the stickers off. I just lifted an edge of each sticker with a few pokes of a fingernail and slowly peeled the stickers off. There were a couple of specs of glue left over but I just pressed the sticky side of the already removed stickers against them and they lifted off. Considering the longer exposure to heat that your t series has had, this may not be as easy as mine was but I seriously doubt there will be scarring or ugly marks left behind.

Anytime I am left with sticky residue or permanent marker somewhere I don't want it, I usually use isopropal alchohol to clean it up and messy leftovers. If you do it, just make sure you don't rub your paint off if the surface is painted.

You can use a hairdryer to heat up the glue to reduce the amount of sticky residue you need to scrape/wipe off. Do not use any corrosive-type cleaner (e.g. GooGone, Windex, AppleSause, etc) to clean off the gunk, or you'll damage the finish.

I personally just placed a cup of hot water on the stickers for about 10 mins (without knocking it over ofcourse) and just easily peeled the stickers off when the glue had heated up a bit.

    cheers!
