I forgot how I disabled hibernation/hybrid sleep on my T61 with Vista Business. I would like to try this option again. How can I turn this feature back on? The help screens haven't been any help. Thanks.

For Vista, you need to go into Power Options (shortest way is by clicking on your tray battery icon and then "More power options", or you can find it in Control Panel). Once you're in Power Options, find which Power Plan you currently have selected and then right under that plan's name click on "Change plan settings" then "Change advanced power settings". From there it will list a tree with the different power plan properties in it.

You'll find the option for hybrid sleep under "Sleep" > "Allow hybrid sleep". :D
