    Has anyone had any luck contacting UPS to keep a package from being delivered?I live in Columbus Ohio and have memory and a hard drive coming from Newegg. According to this tracking page it seems the box is in Columbus as of Saturday. The problem is the scheduled delivery date of 11/11/2008. I need it on Monday not Tuesday. Can I go to the UPS depot and pick up my package on Monday?

    I haven't had success doing exactly that, but after missing a couple dropoffs I decided to go in and get it... they took down my info, and a couple hours later after they had pulled it from the truck I got it.
    If it's possible, I think you'd have to go in first, to show proof of ID.

    You have to usually wait until they try once to pick it up.
