I want to know the potential ability of the HD3650. However, I cannot find a tool that can set its clock. There are some tools I have tried:
    1. ATI Winflash 2.012 and Radeon Bios Editor: Winflash cannot run, failed.
    2. ATI Tray Tools and ATI Tool: the clock information is wrong. The current clock is recognized as 50-70Mhz, when I set it to 170Mhz. The system stop to response...failed.

I tried these tools on windows xp and the switchable graphix is disabled. Anybody know how to overclock the HD3650 in T500?

Try RivaTuner or AMD GPU Clock Tool.
