I dont know if this is a issue with the 314.22 drivers only but I cannot overclock with those drivers. Core clock seems to stay at default. Underclocking works. Memory overclocking changes the clock but performance stays the same. So I believe that aint working as well.

Does nvidia discontinue to support overclocking ? Or is this a bug? really sad.

What program are you using? Can you alter the core clocks or is the slider locked?
    Try increasing the shader instead.
