This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I'm set to order a new T61p, and from past experience with dell and hp I've been able to get better deals over the phone by asking if they could throw in an extra battery, or reduce the price of an upgrade etc.

    Would this be true with Lenovo as well?

    And would an e-coupon work over the phone?
