    How to make brighter than brightness 15

    I have T520 with a FHD screen.
    I have it plugged in most of the time, so I like to keep the brightness at 15.
    However, there are times when the screen gets brighter, only temporarily, even when the brightness is maxed out to 15 already.

    For example, when I run a program that asks for permission (user account control; programs with shield thingy) and click "yes," the screen is brighter for a second or two before it gets darker. I would love to have an option of making the display that bright, but don't know how to.

    Please help me as I feel like I am not making the most out of what I have here.
