I backed up something while doing recovery couple months ago.. and my Western Digital external hard drive (D: ) became just like S: drive as you might see on icon. I deleted all the Lenovo-booting files manually but I noticed it still shows the option to boot from external HD. Although I haven't tried if it actually works or not, is there way to completely remove the booting files/icon?
I don't have enough spaces to move the files from external drive and format so is there any other options?
Thanks!

Based on the amount of free space left, would you say there is anything left from the booting files? Also, I would enable it to show hidden files just to make sure you can see everything thoroughly.
If you just want to change the drive icons, look here: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/111388-drive-icon-change.html -
Thank you!
Why couldn't I think of showing hidden files/operating files? Haha..
I just did that yesterday for C: to delete some old AppData files.
I think I deleted every possible Lenovo related files on my WD. I guess I'll have to look through hidden files but as far as what's showing, I deleted everything.
I'll try at home once I get back and let you know! -
Update: I noticed there were some hidden files. I'm not sure why I couldn't find it before. So I deleted the rest.
Anyway, I did some research and found this neat software. It's simple as directing a drive you want to change its icon and specify the location of the icon.

Very easy and simple.
How to get rid of this back up boot?
