    How to get previous saved cart deal

    Today morning i configured a T400 laptop 1001$ and save it and now when i open that saved cart its showing 18$ extra for same config. So how do or can i get the previous saved deal

    You had to create a quote. Just putting a config into your cart doesn't save anything, except maybe the cookie of the config. The prices can certainly change so next time make a quote. Quotes are good for 30days I believe.

    You can't create a quote of an old price.

    In the future, if you see a config you want to save, go through the checkout process and select "quote" instead of "buy" at the end.

    yeah, I had the same problem and called Lenovo sales to see if they'd honor the saved cart price. They would only meet me half way, so I simply waited a week and the price came back down again.

    To create a quote, checkout from your cart and in the checkout screen, under the credit card info part, you'll see the option down of converting to quote. You don't need to enter any CC information or anything.
