This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Having trouble finding out how to get a lenovo Barebone. I have heard multiple people talk about them, but yet to find one.

    Do a search on the Ars Technica forum, people have discussed it there in the past. I think that was back before the IBM buyout, but a lot of the infrastructure remains.

    I recall it was very difficult to pull of, and rather hit or miss.
