Is there a way to disable/delete this thing at the right-most bottom corner of the system tray? It is a little red icon with a white X. Every time the desktop is loaded there is the tool tip displaying there with quite long sentence "your computer may be exposed to... risk..." (not the exact words). I find it very annoying.

Thanks! There are a number of tool tip screens in that crowded corner looking really busy!
