After FINALLY installing Vista Business, at startup I still have Windows 2000, XP Pro and I have to select Vista each time.

How do I delete the other 2?

Easiest way would be to get easybcd http://neosmart.net/dl.php?id=1 to get rid of the startup entries, but you're left with the issue of actually eliminating the OSes, if they're on their own partitions you can delete the partitions, but if they're all on the same one weeding them out without destroying the vista install could be tricky.

Start, msconfig, then on the boot tab delete the options you don't want.

    Control panel/ System/Advanced system settings/Startup and recovery
You will find the default settings and can change them there
