Ordered on Friday and today found the priced dropped. I remember someone here said we can have credit back. For someone who know how to do, could you please tell me? It's hard to search on LENOVO's website.

    Thanks in advance.

I would just call the customer service number.

I called just now. The guy on the other side of the line told me I have to put this request before they build the computer. I don't believe him.

It could be true. You know, you could always request a supervisor, tell them you are considering cancelling your order altogether and going somewhere else and they probably will make an exception.

That's right. If he can't, trust me when I tell you that someone can. Companies are in business to make money and you are not buying a 2 dollar matchbox car so go up the chain to get what you want, which IMO is right for them to give you the discount seeing as the price change is so recent.

From what I understand, you can also do a price match. You have to create a quote and stuff has to be identical and you have only 21 days from the ship date to ask for the price match.

Do a search and you'll find more details (p.s. I submitted one today and got it okayed).

My rep claimed I had to do a price adjustment instead. Otherwise maybe you'd need to cancel the order and rebook. They seem to have problems canceling orders.
