    Hi,

I have a vizio sv421xvt and a lenovo x220. I have purchased a hdmi cable and a hdmi displayport adapter. I've connected my laptop to the television, but only a black screen appears. I have it set to hdmi 3 and the television states that it's "1920x1@0Hz." Is there anyway to set this up so it works?
