I paid for the 2-day shipping and my tracking shows as expedited, which is essentially ground for international shipping. How can I get it to ship the way I paid for? My RO says it is too late for Lenovo to do anything and he will credit me back. Has anyone successfully changed their shipping either via lenovo or UPS after it has been shipped? Thanks

If it get to you in 2 days, you got what you paid for. No reason to complain until it fails to get to you in the expected time. I got my T61 in 2 days from China to Maine...

There is no way to do it if it has already been shipped. If it hasn't been shipped you will have to call CS and have them change it -
yep..got a email back from ups saying nothing can be done now...stupid lenovo..they always manage to screw things up

well it's not really their fault. they shipped to the address you provided.

i got mine in two days as well using the standard expedited shipping. I personally would take the refund.
