    What do I need to do cancel my t61p I ordered last week? Is there a fee? I order through the Canada epp website

    Called up and got no hassle.

    Don't know about Canada, but in the US you call the phone number displayed at the top of your Order Status screen. Be prepared for them to try to "save" the order; not a big deal, they just want to see if there's a problem they can resolve to make you happy.

    Are you ordering a different model? Consider generating a quote for the new system/config and having them change things over.
